A process framework is the backbone used to create your Dubsado workflows. This is a framework created by you that outlines every step of your client journey. This is one of the most important components of the Dubsado setup checklist – you can’t skip this one!
It’s important to remember that Dubsado doesn’t create your organizational processes for you, it takes your existing processes and allows you to automate them.
To build a successful Dubsado workflow, you need to have a detailed picture of every single exchange that goes on between you and your clients before you start trying to set it up. Without that, you won’t have the seamless experience you’re looking for.
This is what your Process Framework is. A detailed path outlining your client’s journey and what you do at every step to make that happen.
Having a well-oiled Dubsado workflow is like hiring a virtual assistant. With Dubsado, you can automate all the administrative tasks required for onboarding, invoicing, and working with clients.
