Booking

First, schedule your Client Experience. Then complete the registration form and pay the invoice to took your spot.

Pre-Work

Once you sign your contract, I’ll send out an intake questionnaire containing specific details about your business and client journey.

Delivery

During our call, we’ll create a step-by-step guide so you can easily make the update to your client experience strategy yourself.

Support

You’ll walk away with a Roadmap, a Next Steps Guide and 10 days of Voxer to ask questions as you implement.

The Client Experience Intensive is more suitable for serviced-based businesses who are looking to elevate, streamline and enhance their current client experience strategy.

For Client Experience Intensive, I require 100% to book. 

All you’ll need to do is complete the Intake Questionnaire which usually takes 60-90 minutes. You’ll provide me with information about your current processes and the systems & tools you use.

Once the Client Experience Experience is complete, I will send over the map of your processes and you get 10 days of Voxer support as you are implementing the changes to your business.
