Choose your date and reserve your spot with payment. You’ll immediately receive an onboarding questionnaire to gather all details about your branding and current client experience.

Process revision

Then, we’ll have a 90-minute call where we’ll deep dive into refining your client experience and mapping out your new processes.

Share your materials

After our Process Mapping Session, I’ll send over an implementation questionnaire to provide me with the content you’re currently using.

Dubsado Revamp

Through our time together, I’ll reach out to you by email with any questions I’ve encountered along the way. You’ll get to review your canned emails & your forms to make sure everything is on point.

Delivery

Once our time is up, we’ll complete (2) 45-minute calls to walk-through your new system. This is also where you’ll watch all the tailored workflow videos I created to make sure you understand your setup.

You will receive 30 days of email support where I can answer any additional questions and help you with any problems you might have. And, I’ll also provide a personalized Next Step Guide.
