This is not a full rebuild or a brand-new setup.

It’s a strategic refresh:

We review what’s already in place, find friction points and outdated logic, and make improvements so everything runs seamlessly.

Think of it as a systems tune-up.

What's included:

I review your existing backend with a strategic lens, including:

  • Current Dubsado workflows
  • Forms (lead, proposals, contracts, invoices)
  • Automation logic and triggers
  • End-to-end client journey

Goal: identify what’s working, what’s slowing you down, and where we can simplify or automate.

We optimize your existing workflows so they align with how you actually do business today.

This may include:

  • Updating workflows to reflect current offers
  • Tweaking or Improving automation timing and logic
  • Removing unnecessary or duplicated steps
  • Simplifying any process that feels heavier than it needs to

Note: We’re optimizing what exists not building brand-new workflows from scratch.

Small changes here often make a big difference in client experience.

This includes:

  • Improving copy clarity and flow
  • Cleaning up unnecessary sections
  • Minor layout and usability updates
  • Updating links, settings, and branding

Note: These are updates to existing forms, not creating new designs.

Behind-the-scenes cleanup to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Includes:

  • Workflow trigger accuracy audit
  • Removing outdated or completed projects
  • Payment and scheduler connection checks
  • Fixing issues before they turn into errors

We update documentation so your systems are easier to use and maintain.

Includes:

  • Refreshing existing SOPs flowcharts
  • Clarifying steps or filling small gaps
  • Aligning documentation with updated workflows

Note: This is not full SOP creation — just smart, simple updates.

One kickoff call (60 minutes)

  • One wrap-up call (30 minutes)

Kick-off call

We’ll hop on a 60-minute call to review the required changes & updates, finalize any details and make sure we’re perfectly aligned on your vision before I start.

Questionnaire

After our call, you’ll complete an implementation questionnaire to provide me with all the new content that will be added to your Dubsado.

Sit back & Relax

Then, I’ll make all the updates to your Dubsado and when I’m done, we’ll have a 60-minute offboarding call to review all the changes. I’ll also record training videos on all the changes.

If you need a full rebuild or brand-new setup, that would be scoped separately.

If new workflows, new offers, or major structural changes are needed, I’ll let you know and provide options — either as an add-on or through ongoing support. 

That’s completely fine — and very common. The audit phase is designed to identify:
  • What’s outdated
  • What’s inefficient
  • What’s working well
  • Where small changes will have the biggest impact
You don’t need to come in with all the answers.
This includes light copy and layout refinements for clarity and usability on the content that are currently created. It does not include:
  • Content for a new services
 
Most projects are completed within 4-5 days, depending on:
  • Complexity
  • Scope
  • How quickly materials and access are provided
Client delays may extend the timeline.
No — this is a one-time engagement. However, at the end of the project, you’ll have the option to continue into monthly systems & operations support if you want proactive, ongoing optimization as your business evolves. There’s no obligation — just a clear next step if it makes sense.

  3. Send a proposal and onboarding details
